Prime Minister Imran Khan Suggests Major Administrative Changes in Punjab

Administrative changes in key posts in Punjab will be made on the basis of performance. The changes are aimed at improving good governance. A meeting of senior party leaders chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad on Tuesday, 9th March 2021.

According to details, a meeting of party leaders was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan in which the administrative and political situation of Punjab and nomination of Deputy Chairman Senate candidate were discussed.

Prior to the party meeting, a meeting was also held between the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister of Punjab in which the performance of ministers and administrative officers in Punjab was discussed. In the meeting, the Prime Minister hinted at major administrative changes in Punjab and said that administrative changes in key posts in Punjab would be made on the basis of performance. The changes were aimed at improving good governance.

Similarly, sources said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has instructed Usman Bazdar to work hard, which shows that Imran Khan has no intention of changing Punjab Chief Minister Usman. Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief Minister Punjab met in Islamabad to discuss issues related to political, administrative, and public issues of Punjab.

The meeting also reviewed the PTI’s preparations for the by-elections in Daska on March 18. The Prime Minister directed to formulate the best strategy for the success of the elections.

The meeting will take the allies into confidence in the name of Deputy Chairman Senate. Prime Minister Imran Khan will meet the leaders of his allied party tomorrow. In which the coalition parties will be taken into confidence in the name of the deputy chairman, the coalition parties will be asked that you can also bring your candidate.

It has been reported that PTI has started considering the nomination of Deputy Chairman Senate candidate, Ijaz Chaudhry.
